Personalnych i Raportowania / Senior HR and Reporting Specialist</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>The opportunity</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Working as part of Finance, Senior HR and Reporting Specialist is primarily responsible for responding to a diverse range of employees' queries, providing administration support, maintain employee data within various systems and to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in daily operations.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Working closely with our outsourced payroll providers to prepare each monthly payroll</span></li> <li><span>Responding to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation.</span></li> <li><span>Performing validation of inputs correctness and dispatching for payroll vendor, verification of payroll lists</span></li> <li><span>Providing data analysis, insight and interpretation if required</span></li> <li><span>Performance and administration of compensation, payroll and associated reporting. The individual will be asked to suggest improvement areas and opportunities to automate or enhance ways of working.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in daily operations.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain employee data within various systems, taking the necessary steps to amend incorrect data.</span></li> <li><span>Delivering a mix of regular, ad hoc and custom built reports, monitoring KPI and Finance/HR metrics ensuring that the reports are on time and to the expected quality (headcount, dashboard, compensation, etc.). These reports will support both local and global reporting requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Supporting general HR/Finance activities and programs</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR specialist role within big, multinational company ideally working with people from other countries</span></li> <li><span>Strong English language skills - spoken, verbal and written</span></li> <li><span>Very good knowledge of Polish labour law</span></li> <li><span>Excellent PC skills required including Microsoft Office proficiency - especially in Excel</span></li> <li><span>Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills</span></li> <li><span>Able to focus and good attention to detail</span></li> <li><span>Team player, energetic, open-minded personality</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical skills</span></li> <li><span>Excellent organization and time management skills in order to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li><span>Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially</span></li> <li><span>Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence</span></li> <li><span>Availability within 1 month</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What we offer</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
