That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure the DoD's resources can make the most impact. 

As a financial analyst, you’ll work on a financial management strategy to help our clients succeed. You’ll work independently to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience with financial analysis

• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel​

• Ability to review existing data, including tables or reports and conduct cost and financial analysis and forecasting

• Ability to draft financial reports and analysis using basic industry tools, including MS Office or M365

• Ability to provide well-supported financial recommendations based on data

• Ability to interface with schedule management team members to provide inputs to the schedule and extract cost data from schedule changes

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

• Ability to understand complex data and interpret reports when provided with context and background

• Ability to interpret basic Earned Value metrics and project cost over and under-runs

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced

• Ability to vlearly and concisely communicate with support staff and leadership, including both in-person and remotely

• Ability to meet deliverable deadlines

• Ability to assist multiple agencies in spend plan development

• Ability to lead process improvement efforts related to financial analysis
