The Head of Product development / R&amp;D (f/m/x) will spend most of his time on leading, developing and motivating the individuals of the team. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tasks: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>To lead a diverse team of 13 people including R&amp;D Engineers (Senior and Associates), Design Control Specialists, Usability specialists, and one middle manager. </li> <li>To support and challenge your team in the technical matters. </li> <li>Be responsible for the HR processes, such as salary negotiations, people development, performance reviews etc. </li> <li>Be overall responsible of the technical file, from the R&amp;D viewpoint, towards authorities in the case of audits. </li> <li>Contribute to the management team of Innovation (Global R&amp;D in Atos Medical) with technical, leadership skills and a growth mindset. </li> <li>Stakeholder management to ensure the goo flow in the innovation projects (stakeholders within process Development, marketing, RA, etc). </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The team is formed by R&amp;D engineers that have a wide profile and today cover several aspects of the projects, Design Control and Usability specialist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications: </p> <p> </p> <p>Atos Medical is looking for a experienced Leader personality within the Medical Device industry. Most probably, the future incumbent has worked in R&amp;D or another innovation-supporting area, has deep knowledge of the international standards and regulations of medical devices and has at least 5 years of experience leading people. </p> <p> </p> <p>Even though our candidate made the choice to step away from the deep technical work a couple of years ago into a leadership position, he/she/x still feels confident in his technical knowledge.
