We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.</p><p><strong>The Business Technology Team</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Salesforce Product Analyst with a product management mindset to join our growing Business Technology Operational Excellence team within the Enterprise Product organisation. Business Technology supports all of Okta’s go-to-market technologies, with the Operational Excellence team focusing on ensuring business continuity.  </p> <p><strong>The Salesforce Product Analyst Opportunity</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will primarily support our go-to-market organisation, including pre-sales, marketing, sales, partner and global services.  You will be responsible for the stability, reliability, and availability of Business Technology, and provide timely and effective support to end-users. You will collaborate with other BT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to optimize application performance, implement enhancements, and resolve incidents.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements Gathering and Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories</li> <li>Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Salesforce Configuration and Customization:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Leverage your knowledge in Salesforce configuration and customization to implement solutions that align with business needs</li> <li>Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>User Support and Training:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Data Management and Reporting:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data through effective data management practices</li> <li>Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support decision-making</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>System Integrations:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems within the organization</li> <li>Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Salesforce and external applications</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Quality Assurance and Testing:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Security and Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes</li> <li>Ensure that technical and user documentation is accessible and easily understandable</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years experience as a technical business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce and associated applications </li> <li>1+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud</li> <li>Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar services based software is a bonus</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related marketing applications (ex.
