Join Shippeo as a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d). The position can be based in our Düsseldorf, Rotterdam or Paris office

Are you a driven and passionate professional looking to make your mark in the supply chain SaaS industry? Shippeo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in implementing Shippeo in our European customers’ organizations and driving our ongoing growth across the DACH and Central Europe region.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will:

• Independently oversee the implementation of Shippeo for multiple customers, taking full ownership of project success by ensuring timely completion and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Guide customers through the entire implementation process, including leading kickoff meetings and workshops, preparing comprehensive planning documents, overseeing technical setup, conducting key user training, managing regular reporting, and leading change management efforts.
• Demonstrate a high level of autonomy in reporting, forecasting, and overall project management responsibilities, consistently advancing shared objectives.
• Organize and lead weekly customer project meetings or calls, providing regular updates on onboarding progress and ensuring alignment across all project aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that project management delivery aligns with customer needs and priorities.
• Identify and proactively address risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation, developing effective risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and lead internal teams involved in the implementation, including Product, Support, and Carriers onboarding, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Actively participate in sales opportunities by leading workshops, presenting Shippeo's implementation methodology, designing Project Delivery Plans, assisting in RFP processes, and defining setup budgets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A technical background, with a preference for experience in SaaS/cloud solutions.
• 4+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on project management, demonstrating a proven track record in successful project delivery.
• Full proficiency in both German and English (C2) is a must. Additional proficiency in other languages is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to a multicultural environment, fostering effective teamwork and positive working relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, ensuring clear and concise communication with both internal teams and external clients.
• Initiative and tailored problem-solving skills.
