Coordinator, Quality Review

CFA Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator, Quality Review to join our Content Operations team. This is an ideal entry point into a globally respected organisation where precision, consistency, and continuous learning are valued every day.

Location: Fully remote eligible (US East Coast preferred) 

What You’ll Do

• Perform meticulous reviews of educational content—including Canvas courses, PDFs, and eBooks—to identify and correct errors

• Compare content versions for accuracy and consistency, ensuring alignment with institutional standards

• Maintain and improve quality review workflows, documentation, and checklists

• Track and report recurring content issues to support process improvements

• Collaborate across teams to uphold accessibility standards and support inclusive design

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required if supported by relevant experience

• Some experience in content operations, editorial QA, publishing, or administrative review roles

• Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills

• Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic familiarity with HTML is desirable

• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks

• A fast learner with a proactive, collaborative mindset

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position:
Expected salary: $57,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
