We are seeking a Senior Program Manager  (Data Center Cooling) who will have responsibility for multiple projects ranging from customer-driven projects, internal research and development  and product line development. Deliverables include project planning, cost tracking, project delivery schedule management and risk management.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will..

• Project management responsibility for multiple assigned projects, including planning, cost tracking, delivery schedule and risk mitigation
• Lead communication for diverse project specific stakeholders eg: suppliers, customers and Moog internal teams

• Experience working with operations, supply chain and engineering.

• Work with the engineering team to ensure technical and commercial support are provided for products/programs.
• Ensure that designs meet applicable standards (performance, reliability, producibility, legal compliance etc) and are adequately documented
• Provide regular reports on project KPIs , including, CPI, SPI, EAC, EVA budget burndown, and on-time delivery
• Develop and utilize tools to provide insights on project performance and to assist in task scheduling
• Assist with the creation of designs, product cost estimates and technical proposals for new business opportunities
• Support the process, and ensure compliance to the project management and engineering processes
• Follow Moog systems and procedures for product development, design and production and contribute to the development of improved systems and procedures

To be considered for Senior Program Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (required)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Project/Program management
• Project Management/Business Management
• Professional Qualification in Project Management (PMP/PMBOK)  (high desirable)
• Ability to travel (>15%) 
• Experience working with Motion Control applications

• Experience in data center cooling or related fields
• Demonstrated team collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and strong sense of customer orientation. 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in MS Project

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $90,000.00–$135,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
