Senior Lead, Enterprise Resilience & Critical Incident Management
CoreWeaveAbout the role
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Resilience & Global Security Programs
You’ll be part of CoreWeave’s Global Security & Resilience ecosystem, working cross-functionally with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data center operations, EHS, executive protection, corporate security, legal, communications, and leadership teams. This group is responsible for ensuring CoreWeave can prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptive events while operating at scale in high-stakes environments.
About the Role
The Senior Lead, Enterprise Resilience & Critical Incident Management serves as the company-wide lead for crisis management, incident response, and business continuity across offices, data centers, and operational domains. Day to day, you’ll design and maintain resilience frameworks, coordinate preparedness efforts, and lead or support real-world incident response during high-pressure events. This is a builder–operator role: you’ll create the playbooks, run exercises, and step in hands-on when incidents occur. You’ll partner closely with security, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders to ensure CoreWeave can absorb disruption, continue operating, and recover quickly.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in incident response, operational planning, enterprise risk, or resilience-related roles within government, military, critical infrastructure, or technology environments
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex crisis management, critical incident response, or organizational readiness initiatives
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional response teams during time-sensitive or high-impact events
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining crisis management, incident response, and business continuity programs
- Familiarity with resilience, continuity, and risk-management frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and ISO 31000
- Experience conducting business impact analyses and defining recovery priorities and objectives
- Ability to brief senior leadership clearly on incident status, risks, and recommended actions
- Capability and willingness to travel and perform operational tasks in support of Executive Protection and other Global Security programs
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive information in high-stakes scenarios
Preferred
- Experience working with or within U.S. government, defense, intelligence, or critical-infrastructure sectors; active or prior security clearance a plus
- Prior military, law enforcement, or public safety leadership experience
- Experience in high-growth technology, cloud, or infrastructure organizations
- Background in cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, or mission-critical operations centers
- Professional certifications in business continuity, emergency management, or risk management
