Are you a new grad or licensed Physical Therapist looking to launch your outpatient career with flexibility, mentorship, and a steady caseload? H2 Health is now hiring a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist to provide teletherapy services to our senior living communities!

This is a unique outpatient opportunity within our Senior Services Division, where you’ll deliver one-on-one care to older adults in assisted and independent living communities — all from the comfort of your home (or wherever you prefer to work!).

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Rehab Aides and Physical Therapist Assistants to evaluate and treat patients in a senior living outpatient setting via teletherapy.
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, STs, and support staff to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
• Maintain accurate documentation via EMR.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eligible or actively licensed in Pennsylvania (we help with this!)
• Strong communication and team skills
• New grads welcome — mentorship available!
