The Senior BI Developer for Radiometer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making. This position is part of the Data, Analytics, and AI organization located in Krakow and is hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

As a Senior BI Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable BI solutions and dashboards that provide an exceptional user experience.

Radiometer aims to be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, and this role will be crucial in driving our future success. The Senior BI Developer will play a key role in developing solutions for the Global Reporting suite across Radiometer to increase data-driven decision-making across key functions in Finance, Commercial, Quality, and more.

Senior Business Intelligence Developer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions that meet business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Create and maintain detailed user stories and technical requirements based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain well-defined data models, particularly focusing on dimensional modeling.
• Implement data visualization best practices and ensure high standards of user experience (UX) in dashboard development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of BI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI and analytics tools and technologies.
• Ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
• Implement and maintain data governance practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and BI development.
• Proven experience in creating detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Strong skills in designing and developing reusable data models that solve user needs in a broader business ecosystem.
• Excellent understanding of core business processes within finance, sales, supply chain, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other BI development tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Expertise in data visualization best practices and user experience (UX).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
