This is a hybrid position and will require in person presence on an as-needed basis.
As a trusted ER expert serving 10,000 employees, the ER Partner will act as a strategic partner to align workforce objectives with business results. He/She will manage complex case files, conducting investigations and resolving performance issues in strict compliance with state and federal laws. By partnering with legal and leadership, the ER Partner will provide data-driven recommendations and use your exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with leadership to resolve complex workforce challenges, balancing operational needs with a positive employee experience.
- Lead internal investigations into behavioral or conduct concerns, providing legally compliant recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor employment law trends to identify risks and recommend policy changes that maintain local, state, and federal compliance.
- Oversee the ADA interactive process, making critical determinations on reasonable accommodations to ensure organizational consistency.
- Drive specialized projects and training, using data-informed insights to influence leadership and solve large-scale organizational problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related HR experience, including 3 years specifically focused on conducting internal investigations.
- A proven track record as a trusted advisor and consultant to business and HR leadership in providing to provide effective advice and consulting on workplace matters
- Experience working within the Government Contracting industry.
Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EEO statutes and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Proven ability to analyze data, assess risk regarding terminations, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Experience successfully managing multiple assignments and projects while effectively balancing schedules and ad hoc requests
