Beverage Cart Attendant

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant. In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Safely drive and maneuver the beverage cart around the venue
• Greet customers, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations. 
• Maintain proper stock levels of beverages, ice, and snacks on the cart. 
• Keep the cart clean and organized, including removing trash. 
• Accurately process payments and balance cash receipts. 
• Collaborate with other staff members and report any issues to management. 

What We’re Looking For 

• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in person.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Driver’s License to operate the golf cars
• Must possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
