The Role:
BCW is currently looking for a digital-savvy Freelance Media Supervisor, Paid Social (Account Supervisor level) for our best-in-class Digital Healthcare team. This is an opportunity to work within an amazing Paid Media team on some of the world's largest and most innovative Healthcare brands.
This is a temporary position (20 to 40 hours per week depending on one's availability) which could potentially turn into a permanent full-time position.

What you’ll do as you move with us:
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how paid advertising can provide a benefit to their audiences
- Develop and present comprehensive media plans
- Identify, sell, and execute new media communication opportunities, acting as the point person on your accounts
- Prepare and present agency capabilities, internally and externally
- Oversee the development, timing, and accuracy of deliverables, and ensure all customer expectations are met or exceeded, within the initial estimate
Qualifications (Experience that contributes to your success):
- 4-6 years of experience in paid social and/or paid media
- Advanced experience in planning across all channels in order to act as a technical expert for team members
- Prior experience utilizing MS Office to create and manage spreadsheets, word processing, presentation graphics, communications, e-mail, internet, and filing archiving software
- Agency and/or Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or regulated industry background preferred

- Please note that the anticipated hire date targeted for this role is for Q1 of 2024

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 ($24/hr.) to $105,000 ($50/hr.) Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
