Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Information Technology department has an immediate opening for an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Manager, Quality Assurance (QA)! As an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Manager, Quality Assurance (QA), you will be responsible for the following:
• Serving as a strategic member of the IT Departmental Leadership Team.
• Developing and implementing processes, practices, and procedures to ensure the consistent operation of the Quality Assurance team.
• Providing strategic leadership and expert guidance to staff to achieve the desired outcomes of projects, technology upgrades, and updates.
• Effectively manage competing priorities among departmental partners and IT stakeholders, to ensure projects remain on track.
• Developing and implementing test automation strategies, manages risk, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range is $140,078.25 - $175,097.81; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or IT and nine years of experience in IT, project management, business analysis, or quality assurance (two of which must be at the senior, lead, or management level) are required. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

• Experience interpreting business and technical requirement documentation.
• Ability to identify interconnections between systems, and how a change in one would impact another.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and have strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
