About the Opportunity

 

About you

• You are an early-career designer looking for a chance to grow in your craft while contributing meaningful work to a fast-growing product area at an enterprise SAAS company.
• You want to learn from an experienced team of designers with diverse backgrounds and past work experiences
• You want to partner directly with Product Management and Engineering counterparts and feel ownership of your product
• You want to deliver impactful work to a critical product area
• You have some experience working in a UX role and with UX prototyping software (we use Figma)

What you’ll be working on

You will be working with our Platform Administration team. This group owns our security/permissioning capabilities and is now focusing on tools for managing instance configuration management tools. These tools will lay the groundwork for accelerators for internal teams as well as a network of partners. 

 

Designers at Salsify are embedded on a product team, where they partner with our product management and software engineering counterparts on the end-to-end process of delivering thoughtful and engaging experiences.

What Success Looks like

• Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to create a shared strategy, vision, and roadmap for the future of Platform Administration
• Understand your users and build compelling end-to-end experiences that intuitively solve complex problems
• Work autonomously with the support and mentorship of your manager and product area design leader
• Conduct research in the service of understanding your users, the problems they face, and creating lovable experiences
• Learn from other designers and advance in your craft
