General Manager EPCO

 

Your Skills

  • Full P&L responsibility for EPCO as a standalone business unit focusing on the manufacture and assembly of fixtures and electromechanical products. Directs and coordinates activities for all departments such as engineering, operations, quality, sales and customer support, and formulates and administers organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
  • Actively grows turnover and share of wallet through sales excellence and by matching product offering with customer demand. Serves internal customers in NI, MOD and EI, as well as external 3rd parties.
  • Actively drives on-time delivery, cost and efficiency through operations excellence and continuous improvement across material management and manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for $20-30M in revenue and associated profit generated on annual basis. Responsible for continued growth in revenue, profits, and share of wallet. 
  • Responsible for the development of new strategies and implementation of existing strategies through their as well as adjacent organizations.

  • Responsible for team development and mentoring of all constituent teams ranging from sales and customer support, procurement, warehousing, engineering, production; including resource planning, new hire on-boarding and workload balancing.

  • Execute on employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities Follow and enforce SEC company rules and regulations.

 

Your Experience

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree desirable. 

Experience (5 years minimum): 

  • Funcational experience in Supply Chain Management
  • P&L management experience
  • Indirect Leadership
  • Saless & Sales Management
  • Relevant Industry Experience
