Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.</p></div><p>Spring Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support key leaders in our New York office while helping create a seamless in-office experience for employees and visitors. This role will be a key operational presence in the NY office, while supporting two of our C-Suite executives.</p> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York office with 3 days per week required in-person. This role will report directly to the Manager, Executive Support. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events and/or meetings. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively support executive leaders by managing calendars, priorities, meeting preparation, and follow-up.</li> <li>Coordinate complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, including interviews, leadership meetings, and cross-functional forums.</li> <li>Prepare leaders for upcoming meetings by organizing agendas, materials, briefing notes, and relevant context in advance.</li> <li>Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure work moves forward and nothing falls through the cracks.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted point of contact between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.</li> <li>Manage meeting logistics for recurring leadership forums, team meetings, onsite/offsite events, and department-wide gatherings.</li> <li>Support the planning and execution of department All Hands meetings and other leadershi
