Data Entry & Financial Analyst (ZR_20651_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Paid Working Hours per Week: 20 hours

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze client Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure accurate categorization.
  
• Accurately input financial data into RyeStrategy’s proprietary carbon accounting platform with strong attention to detail.
  
• Break down general categories (e.g., transportation) into specific subcategories for precise carbon emission calculations.
  
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  
• Ask strategic questions about transactions to enhance data quality and insights.
  
• Assist in preparing data for carbon emission quantification and reduction strategies.
  

Scope:

• Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week).
  
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours, preferably 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
  
• Contribute to the company’s mission of reducing carbon emissions through accurate data processing.
  
• Potential for role expansion or transition to full-time as the company grows.

• Background or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
