What you'll do

• Prepare global reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly and consolidation), collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Research and provide guidance around complex accounting transactions, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation and business acquisitions
• Own revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve
• Oversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, lease and equity plan
• Establish, maintain and ensure compliance for Company accounting policies
• Provide significant support of the annual financial statement audit, including oversight of third-party subject matter experts and work with external audit firm
• Oversee GAAP adjustments, monitor GAAP changes and implement best practices
• Review commissions calculations and accrual

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full cycle account process that includes month end process, accruals, revenue recognition, costing, reporting, complex transactions, GAAP adjustments. foreign subsidiaries, and global operations is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in the SaaS industry is required.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• Self starter with the ability to manage tight deadlines, detail orientated and work independently is required.
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
