Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for app and web products, translating strategy into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Take a data-driven approach and identify areas of improvement for overall business success. Design and implement solutions that enhance key metrics.
• Conduct user research to identify problems and assess user feedback. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on research findings.
• Communicate and collaborate with external partners to align user experience goals and provide design expertise.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and reusability. Continuously improve design processes and workflows.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in HCI, computer science, design, engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, user research, product design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of successful consumer product launches and iterations.
• Advanced skills in executing user testing and user experience research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in motion design and/or video editing is a strong plus.
• Must be based in the California Bay Area and have the ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
