We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to collaborate with product management, and engineering from initial research and product definition through concepting, detailed design, prototyping, user testing, and implementation.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

• Working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to develop a shared vision and lead a process to define and design experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, that deliver on shared objectives.
• Being accountable for strategic research, design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
• Independently leading user research efforts, including both qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, usage data, A/B tests) methods; synthesizing findings into actionable insights that inform design priorities.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and needs to keep teams aligned and bought into the product design vision and keep deliverables on track.
• Providing and seeking out feedback from peers across the organization to advocate for UX and improve your own skills
