Job Description: Full-Time PRN Caregiver

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Full-Time PRN Caregiver to provide high-quality support to our clients and caregivers in the Austin and Georgetown areas. This dynamic role will ensure seamless care by filling in for last-minute PRN shifts, acting as a backup caregiver until permanent caregivers are hired, and assisting with new client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel across the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care:
 

• Provide caregiving support for last-minute PRN shifts. 
• Serve as a backup caregiver for clients while permanent staff are recruited. 
• Support new client onboarding, including temporary caregiving until a permanent caregiver is assigned.

Administrative Support:
 

• Conduct assessments for new clients as needed. 
• Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with caregiver training and development, providing mentorship as needed.

Travel Requirements:
 

• Willingness to travel to various locations in Austin and Georgetown. 
• Mileage reimbursement for shifts located more than 25 miles from the caregiver's home base.

Schedule:
 

• Typical schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to adjustment based on shift needs). 
• Occasional weekend shifts required.
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation to accept all assigned shifts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule and client needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with competitive hourly pay.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 25 miles per shift.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
