What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine and specialized testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to production teams
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance
- Assist with troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with lab equipment and basic testing methods (training provided)
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
