Job Summary:
As the Senior HR Business Partner/Senior HR Program Manager, you will support our San Antonio, TX facility and client groups, including Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams. In this critical role, you will drive HR initiatives that enhance employee experiences, improve workplace culture, and contribute to business success.
This on-site position requires your presence at the San Antonio facility 5 days per week, ensuring strong collaboration with employees and leaders while fostering meaningful connections.
Reporting to a Senior HR Director, you will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local leadership to deliver impactful programs in talent acquisition, cultural transformation, inclusion, employee relations, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and more. As a trusted advisor, you will empower leaders to implement HR solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
1. Develop and Execute HR Action Plans:
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify HR priorities and create actionable plans.
- Align HR strategies with the goals of the San Antonio Call Center and its client groups.
- Support critical HR processes, including workforce planning, compensation reviews, and performance management in partnership with HR COEs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, engagement, and succession planning to support long-term business needs.
2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the successful recruitment of critical roles, including workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization, fostering a positive first impression and long-term engagement.
3. Organizational Design, Effectiveness, and Change Management:
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on change management strategies to help leaders and employees adapt to evolving business needs.
