Program/Project Management Representative

The work:
Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Here's what you need:
- Coordination with project team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitating and supporting project meetings to include minute taking and reporting.
- Prepare project deliverables and supporting documentation:
- Weekly and Monthly Status Reports
- Contract Data Requirements (CDRL’s)
- Coordinate travel requirements and expense requirements for team members when required.
- Foreign and Domestic Travel Requirements
- Coordinate personnel requirements to include onboarding and offboarding the personnel.
- Collaborate closely with teams across product management, quality assurance (QA), and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience in Administration or related field
- Candidate should be pro-active, well organized, familiar with basic project management skills: planning, time management, task management
- Candidate should have some supervisory skills
- Microsoft Word
- Project Management Tools
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of working with federal clients
- Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus.
- Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
