Position Summary

The Medical Excellence (ME) organization provides medical communications that enable the Healthcare community to advance the science, accelerate access, shape medical practice, and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines. 

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Engagement Center (CEC) intern will:

• Work closely with the Customer Engagement Center team and participate in strategic discussions for key initiatives to align, understand interdependencies, and execute on next steps

• Create and monitor project plans and timelines, tracking key milestones

• Support business practices and the successful execution of key initiatives  

• Support Quality initiatives within the CEC

• Support initiatives that contribute to enhancing the customer experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or a PharmD with interest in nursing, science and / or pharmaceuticals

• All candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.  Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understands how to communicate key issues and actions in a way that drives decisions and outcomes  

• Proficient in technology 

• Time and priority management

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and effectively

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
