At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF), we’ve been leading the way in metal casting for 116 years—and we’re still growing. Our success is built on quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship, and now we’re looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team as a Sawer on second shift.

This is your chance to work with precision equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your accuracy and focus make a direct impact. Whether you’ve worked with saws before or are ready to train into a new skill, this role offers hands-on work, a stable schedule, and the chance to be part of a company that takes pride in every cut, every casting, and every employee.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, on a consistent, dependable schedule—and earn a starting wage of $24.95 per hour, plus a $1.25 per hour shift premium. If you’re ready to show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things right, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily inspections and make sure the saw is properly set up before cutting
• Operate sawing equipment to cut aluminum castings to the correct specifications
• Monitor the sawing process to ensure accuracy and consistent quality
• Inspect castings before and after cutting for defects or irregularities
• Sort and allocate both cut pieces and scrap aluminum into proper containers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail—accuracy and safety are key
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in manufacturing or operating saws is a plus, but not required
