Senior / Lead Backend Developer (Web Hosting Platform)

We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior or Lead Backend Developer to help us scale our high-traffic, minimalist infrastructure to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor our technical team.

• Own and evolve our backend infrastructure used by millions globally.

• Write high-quality, maintainable code and deploy quickly.

• Work closely with our product and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Handle DevOps responsibilities and optimize system performance and reliability.

Our Tech Stack:

• Frontend: ReactJS

• Backend: NodeJS (Express)

• Database: DynamoDB

• Cloud: AWS (S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, SQS)

• Payments: Stripe APIs

Requirements:

• Must be able to work within UK timezone

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience

• Strong experience with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, SQS)

• Experience integrating and managing Stripe APIs

• Comfortable with DevOps and infrastructure management

• Passion for building scalable, reliable systems
