The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Information Security to lead our team of globally dispersed engineers. This team is responsible for providing operational support and engineering of multifactor authentication, email security, endpoint security, and data loss prevention capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and proven leadership abilities.

 

The Main Responsibilities

• MFA Support: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MFA solutions to ensure secure access to company resources.
• Email Security: Manage email security protocols, including spam filtering, phishing protection, and encryption to safeguard sensitive communications.
• Endpoint Security: Develop and enforce security measures for all endpoint devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and workstations.
• DLP Operational Support: Implement and monitor DLP strategies to prevent unauthorized data transfer and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Metric gathering and reporting for operational support.
• Oversee daily triage and support for escalated issues.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
• Support and contribute to security incident and threat response.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security management.
• Strong knowledge of MFA, email security, endpoint security, and DLP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

 

Skills:

 

• Proficiency in cyber security technologies and best practices.
• Experience with security incident response and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
