What You Will Do:

The Technology Program Analyst will support management services and operational activities related to strategic initiatives, responses to taskers and inquires, meetings, and direct collaboration and communication with the Guidehouse Lead and Client team on status updates. This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing long-term programmatic planning for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of TSA’s mission-based capabilities through enhancement of security system detection, automation, integration, connection and improved security procedures.

This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of risk management, business process re-engineering, strategic communications, preparing budgetary justifications, and general program management.

Duties will include:

• Lead strategic initiatives to completion

• Support stakeholder engagement to ensure all parties involved are tracking towards the same goal

• Collaborate with executives, managers and technical experts helping prepare talking points, written responses, and briefs

• Develop informational and decisional executive-level briefings

• Develop written communications that connects directly with varying audiences to deliver information, change perception, and promote a call-to-action

• Translate complex information in plain language for target audiences

• Conduct business process improvement to streamline activities and increase speed of completion for strategic initiatives

• Performing risk management and communications assessments to identify improvements in risk identification and mitigation processes across the client’s organization

• Deliver high-quality products quickly that meet or exceed the client’s standards

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least two (2) years’ relevant experience

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal

• Meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, meeting deadlines in fast-paced environment

• Fluency in Microsoft 360 suite of communication products, most notably Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

• Experience with TSA and/or other components within DHS

• Supporting technology innovation teams within public or private sector

• Microsoft Project scheduling experience

• Experience with financial management/concepts

• Ability to adapt quickly to new assignments and develop successful professional relationships with key stakeholders
