What You'll Do

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions
  • Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Complete documentation and billing accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare environment preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
