GRS is seeking to hire a new Learning & Training Lead within the Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI) Team that will manage and execute on our learning and training initiatives across the organization.
This individual serves as the subject matter expert for GRS learning initiatives and will be responsible for:
Assessing learning needs across GRS in partnership with internal and external partners.
Developing annual GRS Learning Roadmap based on needs and prioritizing/aligning needs to GRS departmental goals and the broader organization.
Ensuring colleagues across GRS are effectively trained on regulations, new products, processes, tools, programs, and enabling our teams to become aware of / stay aligned with organizational goals.
Leading cross-department initiatives to foster collaboration and merge expertise on important learning topics (ex: Advance Notice).
Fostering cross-team collaboration by creating platforms for knowledge sharing including facilitating workgroups to bring together colleagues from different teams to solve for shared needs.
Supporting compliance and regulatory training needs and ensuring all colleagues are trained on CMS compliance with MA regulations and guidelines.
Building and maintaining a library of content (GRS Learning Library) and managing this centralized repository of GRS learning materials, guides, and resources. This includes onboarding content and templates.
Fostering an environment of learning and development by promoting professional growth by tracking and sharing leadership development programs across GRS platforms (GRS Learning Library and in the GRS Newsletter).
Research and collaborate with external vendors to identify and evaluate potential training opportunities for the team.
Leading Annual Aetna Group Medicare Broker Certification Program, which includes:
partnering across Group Medicare, Legal and Compliance to update annual training content.
developing annual story boards, providing completion reports, troubleshooting user access issues,
developing and communicating program status to leadership teams.
leading all facets of our external vendor partnership with platform vendor.
Managing the GRS SharePoint site and collaborating across the organization to ensure the information on the SharePoint site is engaging and effective in helping our teams achieve goals.
Leading annual SharePoint content reviews and shaping overarching strategy for site resources, tools to promote increased utilization of these resources.
This individual is a critical member of the GRS Strategic Business Initiatives team and is integral in delivering on our commitment to offer seamless execution across our internal learning and training experiences. The ideal candidate is a motivated, dependable, self-starter who possesses an enterprise mindset, thrives from team collaboration, and is experienced in learning/training and project management.
