You will support the execution of regional eRetail campaign activations. You will work closely with E-commerce Customer Marketing Managers, Sales IKAMs, Marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to contribute to on-time, brand-compliant execution and performance tracking. <br>Your main focus: - <br>Support the implementation of consumer engagement calendars and retailer activations (e.g., Notino, Amazon, etc.). - <br>Assist in managing campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and budget tracking. - <br>Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and basic ROI analysis. - <br>Coordinate with Media, Content, Digital Shelf, and Local Market teams to support execution. - <br>Support best practice sharing, process improvement initiatives, and testing of new formats (e.g., social commerce). <br>Working for Coty means you'll get to work in a diverse environment with a team who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way. <br>YOU ARE A COTY FIT <br>You are eager to learn and contribute to end-to-end campaign execution, with a strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing.
