Mid Logistics Analyst

Job Description:

Serves as Mid Logistics Analyst in IWS 3.  This position required 3 times per week at the government site in Crystal City, VA. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and assist in development of required lifecycle logistic program documentation, milestone documentation, logistic support plans and logistic considerations in planning documentation​
• Monitor and report quantities by maintenance due dates and recertification periods​
• Coordinating GFE transport to ensure proper distribution of available required hardware​
• Provide Encan/Decan, Assembly/Disassembly, Maintenance, and Theory of Operations hardware support as required​
• Drafts and delivers documentation supporting Fleet loadouts for Flag Level Officer review​
• Drafts and delivers memos supporting service life requirements for GFE​
• Draft, review, update, and distribute Surface Missile Processing Documents for maintenance and assembly/disassembly​
• Coordinate, gather input, prepare briefs, and record action items from all logistics related meetings​
• Coordinate and assist with submitted Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA) check lists, documentation trackers, and logistic schedules to support program lifecycle events​
• Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Product Support Management (PSM) elements including Product Support Management, Maintenance Planning and Management, Supply Support, Technical Data, Manpower and Personnel, Training and Training Support, Design Interface, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sustaining Engineering, Computer Resources, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation, and Support Equipment.​

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)​
• Secret Clearance

Degree Requirements:

• An associate's degree and (10) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
