The workplace team covers technologies supporting end device management including mobility, unified communication, productivity and collaboration tools and end-user experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The ITAR Delivery manager will assist the Core IT DM Delivery leads in implementing governance and processes with suppliers and partners to secure the delivery of the ITAR Services. He/She will be accountable:

1. Quality of Value delivery
2. SIAM support (Operational coordinator)
3. Practices Homogenisation: sharing the best practices and link between practices lead and operational teams (incident, change, problem, cmdb, documentary management…)
4. Continual Improvement
5. KPI/SLA Production and presentation
6. Follow-up of the Service Catalog:
   1. Check/validate all the modifications with Service Owner
   2. To ensure the Service Management
7. Document technical processes to be followed
8. Budget : Build and Run

 

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Providers, compliance audit teams ensuring policies compliance, processes and procedures are implemented, maintained and efficiently used.
• Understand and ensure Export Compliance (ITAR/EAR, UK, Germany, and Dual Use regulations are met
• Compliance (Atlas programme, CMMC 2.0, TISAX, …)
• Collaborate with the business for proper data classification
