Job Summary
Job Summary:
Responsible for the provision of activities of daily living as identified by the Home Care Coordinator on the plan of care.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
- Current Long Term Care Aide Certification
- Current Home Health Aide Certification
- Either one year working with the frail and elderly population or approved training
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
