Criminal Information Technician II- Support Services Support Services Section of BCI Principal Duties:
The main purpose of the Support Services section is to provide advanced level customer service support. Duties may include receipting firearms applications, taking fingerprints, opening, sorting, and delivering mail throughout the division, assisting both
walk-in and telephone customers with requests, processing criminal history applications, and researching information in UCJIS (Utah Criminal Justice Information System) and criminal history databases, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
