<p><b><span>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</span></b></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Responsibilities:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><p>Key responsibilties:</p><ul><li>Safeguard all legal requirements of local and international accounting rules.</li><li>Perform postings in the area of responsibility:<ul><li>inbound and assembling/MIRO, other vendors (cons), fixed assets (local GAAP), miscellaneous (cons), bank, accruals.  </li></ul></li><li>Management of<ul><li>IC balances (uploads and reconciliations in Coupa)</li><li>monthly reconciliation of subledgers (AR/AP/CP) to GL</li><li>payment entries for approval into Coupa</li></ul></li><li>Responsible for proper execution of credit management internal rules (debtors’ credit limit, debtors’ aging, dunning procedure).</li><li>Safeguard adherence of the local processes to the internal compliance guidelines</li></ul><p><span>Additional Responsibilities </span></p><ul><li>Providing input to all change projects like SAP upgrades or new processes.</li><li>Safeguard all requirements of segregation of duties for the company in the area of responsibility.</li><li>Involvement in internal and external audits</li><li>Masterdata management in close cooperation with sales or purchasing department.</li><li>Preparing and reporting all tax relevant information and transactions (VAT, Other Taxes, CIT, Local Tax) of the company state authorities.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><p><span>Professional Experience and Education</span></p><ul><li>Fluent English written and spoken to communicate with FHCS group wide contacts</li></ul><p>Experience in finance and accounting area (&gt;5 years)</p><p><span>Specific knowledge</span></p><ul><li>HU GAAP and IFRS Accounting</li><li>FI module of SAP</li></ul><p>Understand different business models for FHCS Consumer / Professional</p><p><span>Specific competencies</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Priority setting</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Drive for Results</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Integrity and trust</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Customer Focus</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Conflict Management</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
