The ideal candidate brings not only deep expertise across the full design process, but also a strategic mindset and the ability to lead design initiatives from insight to execution. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a<b> Senior Digital Product Designer</b> at Nespresso HQ, you will take a leading role in shaping intuitive, visually refined, and conversion-focused experiences on Nespresso eCommerce App and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand, user needs, and business goals.   </p> <p> </p> <p>By partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will turn insights into delightful experiences in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision while applying the Nespresso digital design principles.   </p> <p> </p> <p>You will be conceiving and conducting user research, designing the overall functionalities of the company’s digital products, and iterating upon them to ensure a great user experience. </p> <p>                                                                       </p> <p>  </p> <p><b>In This Role, You Will: </b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><b>User-Centric and Data-Informed Design:</b> Lead end-to-end digital design processes by integrating user insights and quantitative analytics to create innovative solutions and understand user journeys across channels. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>Visioning and Brand Champion:</b> Transform concepts into disruptive designs that embody effortless luxury and drive sales growth across 40+ markets. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Lead efforts in crafting a <b>deep understanding of user journeys across various channels.  </b></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>User Research and Design Solutions:</b> Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behavioursbehaviors and, pain points; develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>Collaboration and Cross-Platform Experience: </b>Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure design feasibility, creating cohesive, responsive solutions for a consistent user experience. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>Usability Testing and Design System Advocacy:</b> Organize qualitative user testing and A/B testing to refine designs; champion the design system for consistency and collaboration among peers. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>Stay Informed and Innovate:</b> Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies, recommending their integration to foster innovation and relevance. </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What We’re Looking For: </b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong experience in Native Apps (iOS and Android). </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>A strong portfolio that demonstrates a strategic impact, leadership in design thinking, and the ability to deliver complex design solutions, while showcasing digital design expertise with a keen understanding of aesthetics and functionality. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated ability to advocate for design within the organization, influencing product strategy and aligning with business goals. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.  </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with project management and collaboration software platforms, like Jira and Confluence.   </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.   </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and discussing design decisions.   </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.   </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to understand requirements and design complete user experiences.   </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Expert knowledge in user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, testing methodologies, accessibility standards, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Designs. </p> </li> </ul> <p>  </p> <p><b>Extra Skills That Set You
