Regional Industry Business Manager - Chemical

Role + Responsibilities 

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer eco-system and leverage this to maximize win rate for project acquisition, strategic account development and MRO cross selling. 
• Aligned with the sales channel, identify key competitive accounts and deploy strategies/tactics to convert to Endress+Hauser.
• Drive project acquisition with strategic focus and collaboration with various stakeholders within Endress+Hauser and our rep partners.
• Engage in relationship building of strategic accounts that are representative of your respective industry segment.
• Educate and inform customers and sales channel on industry specific applications, best practices, and trends. 
• Provide market input to National Industry Manager for short term and long-term national planning purposes (i.e. effectiveness of initiatives, market conditions, future trends, competitive activities, product gaps and forecasting).
• Contribute to the annual and long-term national and regional business planning process.
• Support new product launches, white papers, and other marketing collateral to sales channel and customers. 

Qualification + Profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field and at least 3 years of relevant experience within the industry or if no formal education, must have at least 7 years of above listed experience.
• Customer contact in a sales or marketing role, preferably industrial sales in the specific industry
• Travel is required: 50%
