Painter - FACILITIES – Kadlec Regional Medical Ctr-Richland, WA

Under general supervision, the Painter performs work in the painting, finishing, and maintaining of a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures; and performs related work as required. The Painter prepares surfaces for painting and finishing; applies undercoats and finish coats using the full range of application methods and materials; mixes and matches paints and finishes; advises in the selection and storage of painting materials.

Shift Details: Part time, Evening shift, No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required Qualifications:

• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 3 years Painter in a residential, commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting, both interior and exterior.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Trade school apprenticeship.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
