Program Manager- Leadership

<p>As our <strong>Senior/Principal Program Manager,</strong> you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of our products and features from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, create project plans, manage schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate progress and status to senior management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality</p><p>standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:- </strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans</li> <li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams<br/> </li> <li>Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies</li> <li>Work closely with product management, engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery<br/> </li> <li>Communicate project status, progress, and risks to senior management and other stakeholders<br/> </li> <li>Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence across the organization</li> <li>Coach and mentor other program managers and project managers within the organization</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field<br/> </li> <li>12+ years of experience in program management or project management in a technology company.<br/> </li> <li>Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies</li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>About Junglee Games</strong><br/></p><p>Junglee Games is a leader in the skill-gaming space, with close to 96 million users.
