Storage Automation/Storage Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage storage solutions, ensuring they meet the company's needs and are cost-effective.
• Monitor and maintain storage systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions with other systems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure data is secure and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Storage Management: The candidate must have a deep understanding of storage management systems and be able to manage and maintain storage hardware and software.
• Expertise in InstallShield: The candidate should have a strong background in using InstallShield for creating reliable software installation packages.
• ServiceNow - SPM: The candidate must have experience in ServiceNow - SPM (Service Portfolio Management) and be able to manage the lifecycle of various services.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
