In Latin America, within the automotive industry, we are actively seeking a methodical and results-oriented Project Manager. You will be the central point of communication between stakeholders and senior management, ensuring that each phase of the project meets the industry's required standards of quality, timelines, and technical documentation.

This is you
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic) or Business Administration with strong technical experience.
Minimum 3-5 years in project management, ideally in the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry.
Languages (Required): English at level B2 or higher (ability to conduct technical meetings and presentations).
Languages (Preferred): Knowledge of Czech will be highly valued due to the nature of the project stakeholders.
Tools: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, SAP, or similar) and advanced skills in presentation tools.
Nice-to-have skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to synthesize information for reporting to executive levels.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Resilience and adaptability in demanding environments.
This is your role
Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the project from conception to final delivery, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
Planning and Control: Manage the master schedule, integrating all relevant touchpoints and ensuring cross-functional team alignment.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and ensure the complete consistency and integrity of technical and administrative documentation.
Interface with Senior Management: Prepare and deliver strategic presentations for committees and senior management meetings, facilitating decision-making.
Requirements and Change Management: Support the implementation of business needs and efficiently manage change requests to prevent scope deviations.
