What You’ll Do: 

• Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence
• Address challenges in cognition, motor skills, vision, and daily living tasks.
• Use evidence-based interventions to improve safety and performance.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team 

Requirements: 

• Tennessee OT license
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
• SNF and Medicare experience a plus
