MAINTENANCE MECHANIC LEADER

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Demonstrate mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic principles and a working knowledge of electronics to repair and maintain power systems and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment; 2). Motivating and lead other workers in accomplishing the work of the unit. 3) Ability to plan, layout and complete the installation, modification and repair of systems 4) 3. Interpreting building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering, drawings, and maintenance and repair manuals to plan and lay out the work and skill to use trade formulas to calculate common properties.
