Arthrex is actively seeking an SAP Application Lifecycle Management Business Systems Analyst II- who works directly with the IT departments within Arthrex. The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for developing and monitoring application functionality to ensure that Arthrex business systems meet user requirements, operate as intended, and comply with quality management limits and standards. This Analyst showcases technical proficiency in SAP and possesses knowledge of Arthrex business systems. Additionally, they are tasked with leading projects, executing complex technical tasks, and mentoring peers.

* this is an onsite role with hybrid work from home schedule 2 days a week located at our Naples Campus.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The role involves complex SAP software testing and SAP release projects at Arthrex with moderate supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating testing efforts, supporting release management, and maintaining compliance with development standards. The position requires collaboration with various teams (Basis, security, infrastructure, and development) to set up test environments and resolve issues.
• The role further includes involvement in User Acceptance Testing, and managing end-to-end implementation, customization, and configuration of SAP Solution Manager, including Focused Build, Focused Insight, and Operation Control Center. Close collaboration with SAP consultants is required to deliver integrated solutions with appropriate training.
• The role also involves driving the SAP Global Release Management weekly standup meetings.
• Responsible for training SAP CoE counterparts and Arthrex business users on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ALM Cloud, SAP Signavio, and SAP Testing Process and Procedures.

Education and Experience:    

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, with expertise across key areas including Project Management, Process Management, Requirement Management, Test Management, and Change Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, with expertise across key areas including Project Management, Process Management, Requirement Management, Test Management, and Change Management.
• Knowledge in SAP ALM Cloud, SAP Signavio, and BTP.
• Experienced in working with relational databases, including strong skills in SQL, XML, and JSON for advanced data querying.
• Knowledge in testing emergency application defects, managing system patches, maintenance, and enhancement releases, and supporting the deployment of new applications.
• Knowledge or intent to learn the implementation and maintenance of Change Request Management (CHARM), as well as Solution Documentation, Test Suite, and Business  Process Change Analyzer (BPCA).
• Good understanding of managed system configuration, system preparation, and technical monitoring.
• Capable of or intent to learn to analyze and resolve dependencies in CHARM documents and troubleshooting background jobs.
• Knowledge / Intent to learn in deploying approved transport requests during scheduled release windows (weekly/monthly).
• Familiar with web services, system integrations, and APIs, with practical experience in automation testing using tools like TOSCA or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practice.
• Knowledge in preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and test result reports.
• Knowledge of analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with an Arthrex business-focused approach.
• Knowledge of ABAP, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.
