The role is a seasoned professional responsible for delivering a broad range of key strategic initiatives to ensure effective and efficient implementation of programs and services. The role exercises a high degree of independent judgement to develop, recommend, and implement annual tactical plans that address business needs, providing leadership to a team to establish operational objectives and work plans. The role provides technical expertise and decision-making support to executives on a broad range of complex business issues that include outlining the financial impact and implementation challenges of various initiatives under consideration. Advocating with internal and external partners, the role provides authoritative analysis, interpretation and opinion to support and guide senior and executive management on corporate policy. The role drives innovation across all areas of responsibility, applying expert interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the role monitors the performance of corporate programs to ensure strategic objectives are met, recommending changes to programs, products or services to enhance results.
