Job Description

Checking patients into the surgical waiting room
Escorting patients and families to pre-op and discharge unit
Communicating with nursing team to ensure efficient patient throughput
Service Recovery
Parking Validation
Provides a professional and welcoming environment to all patients, families, visitors, and staff
Maintains surgical waiting room environment and collaborates with interdisciplinary departments when services are needed
Works with unit leadership and supply chain to help support the inventory needs of the unit
