Our company’s Corporate Treasury department manages the company’s capital structure, Fx Risk Management, Global liquidity management, pension, and insurance. These critical functions operate at a global scale, supporting our business in over 130 countries and with exposures to the dynamic financial markets and a highly regulated banking sector.</p><p></p><p>The Treasury Product Line Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding business needs and pain points, translating into requirements such that our teams can build and deploy quality technology solutions.  This role will also help maintain the integrity of end-to-end business processes and ensure our solutions fit within the broader ecosystem of technology solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>As a Product/Business Analyst within the IT group, you will:</b></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Treasury and other global Finance and IT colleagues to help accelerate the delivery of our business solutions</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of the Treasury business processes, systems, and data that support the Treasury function and how they interact with adjacent processes</li><li>Engage with business partners to understand their pain points and listen with empathy and develop key relationships</li><li>Develop and manage scope, capture requirements and lead testing and validation to deliver high quality solutions that meet client expectations</li><li>Actively participate and collaborate on the technical implementation of key applications to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions</li><li>Demonstrate ability to independently solve problems that arise within job responsibility and expectations</li><li>Share best practices, tools, and techniques across product teams</li><li>Partner with our vendors to ensure optimal solutions and to enhance the capabilities of their products to improve overall value provided</li><li>Be part of agile teams and collectively work towards common goals</li><li>Able to succeed in a dynamic, rapidly changing, highly matrixed business environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Gain deep subject-matter expertise on the Treasury Cash Management business process and document business requirements to enable the CMM team to deliver on their monthly sprints and strategic initiatives</li><li>Understand the business context and gather key data and visualization requirements to support the implementation of the Treasury Data Lake</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in modern data engineering technologies and analytical approaches to enable faster time-to market for solutions</li><li>Partner with Product Line Lead and   business stakeholders on the development business cases to support the justification for undertaking a project, program or portfolio, including the benefit, cost and risk of alternative options, and rationale for the preferred solution</li><li>Assist the Product Managers with the prioritization of IT Backlog as needed</li><li>Oversee and lead the planning, designing, and the coordination of testing activities and change management, SDLC as part of overall solution implementation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5+ years of experience working with Data and Analytics solutions</li><li>Strong program orchestration skills with hands-on experience with solution architecture, data engineering and visualization design skills</li><li>Experience managing financials -Budgets, estimates, forecasts and actuals</li><li>Experience working on Agile teams and knowledge of Scrum framework</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills and good meeting facilitation and requirement gathering experience</li><li>Critic
